I love cheesecake. My very favorite is something called French Silk, with lines of chocolate running through it, though I'll never turn up my nose at a plain old-fashioned New York cheesecake.

I don't know if it was the best I ever had(Ohio has incredible bakeries), but I still remember having cheesecake, with strawberries and whipped cream, at Herrod's of London back in 1979.

Oh my god that French Silk cheesecake sounds amazing. I will have to google search this and see how to make one. If it's too hard then that'll be a no lol.

Do you have anything with yours? I like a little dollop of ice cream or even just plain out double cream with mine.

What a delicious post!!! If you haven't tried it already, I recommend the burnt Basque (also goes by the name of San Sebastian) cheesecake at some point. Hope you are doing well.
