I saw one of my favourite youtuber’s- The Critical Drunker’s video about Warhammer being infiltrated by Woke ideas. I’m not a gamer, but the fact that the Woke try to force their ideology upon every aspect of culture and entertainment is just... annoying.
The problem is it won't stop. More things will change. I've heard rumours that it's Amazon's fault as they have their list of stuff that HAS to be in their TV sows and this was a concession from GW. God know how Henry Cavill is taking it (HE's kept quiet so far) as he collects the Custodes.
Lore-wise I don't think this would ever happen. Guardsmen almost never meet space marines and Custodes are even rarer. A couple of pieces of cannon fodder where it takes millions or even billions of them dying to even have a chance at taking a single planet aren't going to get a medal from genetically-engineered killing machines hand-picked by the Emperor that can probably single-handedly take a few solar systems and are immortal living for thousands of years unless they get murdered. I don't think Custodes realistically go around calling themselves brothers because Custodes don't even feel anything or care about normal human concerns, they care about tactics, strategy, killing, and not dying.
Yeah but this ironically starts to sound like an argument for female Custodes, because the alternative to female Custodes is presented as being... humanizing them.
